The Ridgeline Hotel, Estes Park, CO is the main meeting hotel and venue site.
There are only 147 rooms available there, so first come, first served. NAMS has guaranteed all the rooms for the evenings of Sunday – Tuesday August 29-31, 2021—the only guests in the hotel will be NAMS participants.

Our overall room rate block rates run for check-in August 27 to check-out September 2, 2021, but the default on the reservation site link is August 25 to September 5, 2021. The Ridgeline Hotel has offered a limited number of guest rooms, at a discounted rate of $209/night for the weekend following the conference. (Labor Day weekend) To reserve these rates, click on the reservation link and enter your desired arrival and departure dates. The rate that then appears will be an average of the conference rate and the hotel’s holiday weekend rates.
We have secured courtesy rooms, with preferred rates, at two other hotels in the vicinity (see the following map).

Note: Estes Park, CO is a high-demand tourism location. During late May-Sep 2020, its occupancy was >70%. Make reservations early!
