Schematic Map and Timetable of Estes Park Free Shuttle System

All shuttles radiate from the Estes Park Visitors Center, which is a 5-8 minute walk from the Ridgeline Hotel. They run every 30 minutes at the minute departure times indicated. For example, if you wanted to go to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, you would catch the Gold Loop at the Estes Park Visitor Center at 1230, arrive at Rocky Mountain National Park Fall River Entrance before 1243; returning you would catch the shuttle at, say 1643 and arrive back at the Estes Park Visitors Center at 1700. The Blue Route connects the ancillary hotels, where some folks may be staying, with the Estes Park Visitors Center. From there one could wait for the Silver Route to ride to the Ridgeline or walk uphill a bit.

From Denver International Airport (DIA) to Estes Park one needs to drive, use a private car service, or take a shuttle.

While you are in Estes Park, you are unlikely to need a personal car. We arranged with Rocky Mountain Transit Management, (970) 577-7477, to provide some in-town shuttle services between the hotels and tours into Rocky Mountain National Park. They will also have trips to DIA leaving after noon on Thurs. Sep 2. Individuals can also make reservations with them for pick-up from DIA and transit to Estes Park.

After the meeting’s early registration, we will endeavor to create a carpool sign-up for arrivals on Sat & Sun, Aug 28 & 29 whom we can accommodate with rented vans driven by meeting aides.

There are many commercial shuttle services that one can contract:
