The NAMS Student Fellowship Awards are presented annually to outstanding graduate students in the membrane science and technology area.
For 2020, 6 NAMS Student Fellowship Awards will be awarded. All 6 award recipients will give their oral presentation during a special award session either at the 2020 NAMS Meeting or 2020 ICOM meeting. Three awards, chosen at random from the 6 winners, will consist of a $500 award to the recipient, free registration to the 2020 NAMS Meeting, a free one-year membership in NAMS, a hotel room for the duration of the meeting at the conference hotel, and a commemorative plaque. Three additional NAMS Student Fellowship Awards will consist of a $1500 travel award to attend ICOM, a free one-year membership in NAMS, and a commemorative plaque.

Application deadlines and review
Application packages must be received by December 6, 2019 per e-mail to Caleb Funk, firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications will be reviewed by the NAMS Awards Committee. Award decisions will be made as soon as possible and before the deadline for abstract submission for the 2020 NAMS and ICOM Meetings.
All Awards Committee votes will be independently tallied by the Tellers Committee. If one or more Tellers Committee members also are Awards Committee members, all such members will be replaced by Board appointees for the purpose of validating the results of award voting only.
